J World® products are warrantied to be functional and free from manufacturing defects.

Covered time period carries from 6months to 3 years depending on the product and warranty package purchased. In the unlikely event of defects appearing in our products, we will promptly repair the item or replace the product within 14working days (if it cannot be repaired) at no additional cost to the consumer.

In the event where there is no stock of the product available to be replaced customers can be provided a replacement product valued within 10% of the sale value of their product.

This warranty does not apply to the following: accidental damage, normal fading and product damage that are a result from abuse of the product, or improper use or damage from a common carrier.

It should be expected that wheels and moving parts will show wear after being used over a duration of time, and that eventually they may need to be refurbished or replaced. This type of normal wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.

AMG Enterprise Ltd reserves the right to void any warranty agreement if client is proved to be untruthful pertaining to the quality of the products or how the damage occurred. Any attempts to repair products by clients will void warranty agreement. 

Proof of purchase must be provided for warranty to be honored
